Payment Terms
Once you confirm your tour with us, we require an advance payment of 30% of the total tour amount. This payment can be made online via credit card (VISA or MasterCard) on our website. Please note, a 3% card processing fee will be added to the total.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon your arrival in India, either at the airport or in Jaipur.
If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to undertake the tour as per the agreement with Travel Plan, we offer a 100% refund policy from our side. No service charges will be applied by us.
However, if payments have already been made to hotels, airlines, or for train tickets on your behalf, any cancellation charges levied by those providers will be deducted from your advance payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account.

Travel Plan – Liabilities & Limitations
- After the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there is any increase in entrance fees to monuments/museums, government taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India, such increases will be charged additionally.
- We act solely as agents for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and other service providers. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions set by those service providers.
- All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to provide a general idea of the tour. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants may necessitate changes. We reserve the right to modify the schedule in the interest of the participants’ safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Our rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. These entities may change their rates without prior notice. In such cases, the quoted tour rates may be adjusted accordingly.
- All hotel bookings are subject to the standard check-in and check-out times, unless otherwise stated in the itinerary.
- We are not responsible for any delays, changes in itinerary, or additional expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, mechanical failures, weather conditions, illness, landslides, political closures, or other unexpected events.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from acts of God, fire, breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, or any causes beyond our control.
- We do not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend that clients obtain travel insurance in their home country to cover risks such as accident, illness, or theft. All personal belongings and baggage remain the sole responsibility of the client.
